I think the kick needs to be a more gritty, for whatever reason. More texture in the sound, if that makes sense. Kick just doesn't get me excited for whatever reason.... or maybe it's just due to the fact that when everything is kept to a minimum and all you hear is the kick thumping away... it doesn't... dunno how to put it to be honest. I'm liking the overall composition though.

I don't know exactly what it is either, probably a mixture of mastering+the lead sounds working against it.
