Ok, there's Audio Overload (http://bannister.org/software/ao.htm , Mac) there's VirtuaNSF (google it, but Windows only.), and that's all I know of.

A little late, but you could get the NSF plugin for winamp (also windows only) but winamp works amazingly in wine.

Yeah, I'm OS X currently, but don't use Wine. Thanks though.
